What can we agree on?
Ecovillagers, Healers, Pacifists, Visionaries, Spiritual leaders, Free thinkers, Environmentalists, Social activists, Climate activists, Possibilitators, Esotericists, Anarchists – what can they agree on when it comes to practical realities?
Virtually nothing.
The above list, is a list of groups that are opposed to modern cultures patriarchal capitalistic empire, run by the deep state, that is rapidly destroying the earth while hoarding insane fortunes. But while these groups can agree that the current direction of society is disastrous they cannot seem to agree on anything else.
Divide and conquer has been the time-honored maxim of rulers since time immemorial and the elite has expertly played on social and cultural divisions to make groups, that ought to stand together, fight each other for scraps.
Reality or Illusion?
One key issue is, that pretty much everyone lives in some kind of fantasy world. This includes the global elites. The first step toward agreeing on anything, is to start with WHAT IS REAL?
The most fundamental distinction about reality is to consider two mutually exclusive possibilities:
- The Earth (Gaia) is alive, consciousness is the root of everything and choice rules the universe. Humans are cosmic beings on a journey of evolution towards higher states of consciousness and universal oneness, and we all live inside the greater life: Gaia.
- The Earth is composed of dead (inert) matter, chance rules the universe, biological life is all there is, there are no worlds of light and higher states of consciousness and universal oneness is an illusion or hallucination.
One or the other of these two perspectives is real and the other is an illusion. It is as simple as that. And if we cannot agree on the fundamental perspective on reality, it will be very difficult to agree on anything else of substance.
The materialistic worldview is at the root of the current world crisis, and taking a clear stand against this worldview is absolutely necessary if we want to change direction in any meaningful way.
Any attempts to address the world crisis without taking a stand for a consciousness-based worldview is meaningless, because any actions taken will be fruits of a poisoned tree. Any attempt along this avenue will only perpetuate all the ills and problems of the culture that created the problem in the first place.
The one unnegotiable premise in my work is therefore this fundamental assertion: The Earth is a living being. Period.
Asserting this premise with clarity will divide the waters in many groups, particularly the more political activist-oriented groups. There is no helping that though, because it is so fundamental, and moreover: reality is on our side. To not take a clear stand for this, is to fight for an illusion.
Creating a Gaian Constitution
The Great Alliance is a project to seek alignment between many different groups and gameworlds, based on the fundamental premise that the Earth is alive and we live in a responsible universe where consciousness is primary.
Given that premise, what can we agree on?
Down through history, when power was abused, constitutions has been the tool to reign in the power abuse of the elites.
Prior to the French revolution, the sovereign (king/queen) could condemn subjects to death without trial and without proof of guilt. The modern nation states, built on a foundation of legality, guaranteeing certain freedoms, changed that. Over time this framework has eroded and today the majority of real power resides in the hands of major corporations and financial interests, while the voters in democracies get to chose between candidates vetted by the corporate interests every 4 years or so – more or less (it is not equally bad everywhere, but the trend is clear).
Because the corporations are global and possess enormous power, and the UN is ineffectual and fundamentally corrupt, there is no global power that can protect the Earth from the abuses of neither the corporations nor the tyrannical states and authoritarian regimes who are on the rise.
The obvious solution to this conundrum is to create a planetary constitution to protect planet and people from corporate abuse, and create a framework of legality that is not designed by the elites, but created by the people to serve people and planet.
The Declaration of Independence: A Cautionary Tale
In the 18th century we saw the birth of the US Declaration of Independence which represented the frontier of human thinking at the time – although it did not include any democratic rights to women nor liberty to slaves. It is hard to believe that one could write “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal…” – and NOT include woman and people of color in that consideration. But that was what happened.
The lesson for today is to NOT compromise on essential principles of equality in order to cater to those in power.
The creators of the Declaration of Independence were rich people, landowners, slaveowners and so on. If the creation of a Gaian constitution hinges on the support and acceptance of the existing elite, it is sure to become so watered down and full of holes that it will be almost meaningless.
Therefore, the work with creating a Gaian Constitution will be grounded in communities, NGO’s and individuals. It will be a long process of healing the wounds of separation that we all carry and honing in on the key perspectives that can unite people from left to right and top to bottom in our society.
What are the great principles of an enlightened civilization that we can all agree on?
This is what I want to find out.
My proposal is to articulate:
- Three principles
- Five priorities
- Ten goals
In a brief and easily understandable document that groups all over the Earth can rally behind.
The first principle is some version of: The Earth (Gaia) is Alive. That is non-negotiable.
The rest is up to the people who want to engage themselves in creating the first global constitution for planet Earth.
A key note of this work is: Don’t sweat the small stuff. When the big strokes of a new civilization is in place, THEN we can argue over the details. Because: If we do not get the big strokes in place first, the details won’t matter.
Will you be on my team?
This idea will probably receive stiff opposition from virtually everyone in power today, including media, financial interests, corporate interest, political parties, authoritarian rulers, covert agencies, arms manufacturers etc. They all stand to lose a lot of power of we succeed.
And the only way to succeed is if we can rally the natural allies of such a vision behind it, and speak with one voice in saying: This is the future we want.
I take a stand for creating this Great Alliance.

I am in your team, and second principles is also a big one for me: “Life and every lifeforms matters!”

Thanks. Great to have you on my team <3
